Camelback Village is managed by Ascent Community Partners.
The Association dues "assessments" for 2025 are $600 per home, per month.
PLEASE NOTE: The dues structure is broken down into the following components:
$348.02 Dues
$94.57 for Utilities
$157.41 Loan Assessment
(pays for all individual gas and water use fees plus all service/maintenance and replacement of the furnaces, hot water heaters, and air conditioner units)
A portion of the Reserve fee provides for the replacement of all hot water heaters, furnaces, and air conditioning units, and all of these items are serviced and maintained and a portion of the Utility fee pays for all individual unit water and gas use. All homes pay the same dues level.
Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 10th of the month when a $25.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs from January to December.
Board Meetings are normally held at 6:00 PM in the Association's meeting room in Building 2959. Owners will be notified when a Board meeting is scheduled.
