There is a pet permit required for any pet(s) living on property. Please email the name and a picture of your pet to tamarab@olivereg.com if you have not done so already. 

This is required to make sure we know who to contact if a pet gets loose or if there is an altercation with another human or animal. 

Also, please note, dogs are required to be on a leash at all times and pet owners are responsible for removing pet waste promptly in common areas. 

Owners please make sure your renters know of these requirements.
